Place a new order for the product/products and click collection at check out.

How Long Does Brow Stain Last
The stains will stain the skin for up to 7-10 days.
The stains will stain the brow hair for 4-6 weeks.
What is The Difference Between Brow Tint & Brow Stains?
Brow Tint will only tint the brow hairs.
Brow Stains will stain both the brow hairs for 4-6 weeks and skin for 7-10 days.
Brow Stains are perfect to fill any gaps and give the appearance of a fuller brow.
Can I Use Brow Stains With Brow Lamination?
Our Brow Stains WITHOUT Henna are safe and perfect to use with brow lamination.
Brow Stains WITH Henna cannot be used with brow lamiantion. Brow lamination & Henna both involve a chemical process and when they are mixed together the brow hairs can become over-processed.

How To Store My Lash Adhesive?
- Always store your glue in a cold, dark place away from direct sunlight and heat.
- Store upright in a glue storage container.
- Once opened the glue is exposed to moisture from the air so it is important to replace glue regularly.
- Use nozzle wipes to clean nozzle after every use and ensure lid is secured tightly.
What Are The Differences Between Promade and Premade?
Promade Lashes are hand made fans and Premade Lashes are machine made fans
What Are The Lashes Made Of?
Promade Lashes are made of silk blended PBT material.
All other lashes are made of PBT material and are cruelty-free
Are The Lashes Heat Bonded or Glue Bonded?
Our lashes are heat bonded.
My Lash Trays Are Damaged, What Should I Do?
Sometimes the case can crack but it is still usable.
If your tray arrives broken and has damaged the lashes, please contact us at admin@lashv.com.au and provide images so we can resolve this.

How Can I Make A Return?
Returns can be made within 30 days of purchasing. All products being returned must be within their original packing and unused.
